No. They open the link, look through it, and download. No signup, no app, nothing to install. Same for anyone else you send a gallery to.

You do, completely. You give us a limited licence to compress, store, deliver and crop your media so the service can work, and that licence ends the moment you delete the content or your account. We claim no ownership and we never sell your files.

No. Compression and face detection run on Amazon Web Services inside our own environment, and your media is not used to train AI models, not shared with model providers, and never sold. We also do not use your content to build advertising profiles.

Yes, on Pro and Studio. Set a password and only the people you give it to can open the gallery. On Free, galleries are link-only, so treat the link as the key. Either way they are never indexed by search engines, and a link dies immediately and permanently when you delete the media, the project or your account. Link expiry is the next thing we are building.

No. Cancelling stops future charges and deletes nothing. You keep paid features to the end of the period you have paid for, then drop to Free. If you are over the Free limit at that point the account becomes read-only: everything you have already delivered stays viewable, downloadable and shareable, you just cannot upload anything new until you are back under the limit. Nothing is removed for being over the limit, and if it ever came to that you would get at least 60 days, email reminders, and the offer to export first. One thing to know if you stay on Free: media on a free account can be removed after 12 months of no activity at all, and we email you 30 days and 7 days before that happens.

It goes, straight away. Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no trash and no recovery, not even by us, and deleted content is purged from backups within 30 days. Any share links to it stop working instantly. We show a confirmation first, and this is worth saying plainly: Cloud is a delivery tool, not a backup. Keep your own masters on your own drives.

No, it is off until you turn it on, and turning it on means confirming you have the permissions you need from the people in your photos. When it is on we create a numeric identifier and a small face thumbnail per person, used only to group and crop inside your own account. Switch it off and that data is deleted. It is not available in Illinois or Texas, and may be limited elsewhere.

JPEGs and HEICs for stills, MP4 and MOV for film. HEICs convert to JPEG on the way in. No RAW, so send your delivery exports rather than your negatives. Maximum file size depends on your plan.

Your drives are untouched. We compress the copy we hold, and every crop sits beside the shot it came from so you always know what came from where. The couple download the compressed version, which is the point: same dimensions, no visible difference, about a fifth of the weight.

No, the savings are just smaller. Anything you already squeezed shows as already done rather than as an error, and you still get the sorting by person, the crops and the galleries.

No. This sits between your edit and your delivery. Keep your store, your site and your bookings where they are, and use this for the squeezing, the crops and the galleries.

No, Cloud is a separate subscription with its own login, by email or Google sign-in. Your desktop licence is yours forever and nothing about the app on your machine changes.

In Amazon Web Services, US East region, encrypted in transit and at rest. These trusted services are involved and no others: Stripe for payments, Auth0 for login, AWS for hosting and processing, MailerLite for email, and Google Analytics for anonymised usage. EU and UK transfers run on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Annual plans: a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your first purchase. After that, and on renewals, annual plans are non-refundable. Monthly plans are not refunded for part of a month. Cancel anytime in settings.
